For those who are yet to do registry but signed all registry papers and paid registry and advocate fee:
1) Pay registration charges through portal, 1% of shop cost. You will get link and details from gaur registry team. Else you will have to pay 500 Rs for not making payment online
2)Reach at registrar office at Dadri on Reigistry day, around 10:00 am
3) Your name will be announced as biometric happens in bulk. So be there near office only.
4) biometric may end by 11 to 11:30. In my case there were around 35_40 applications.
5) You will have to wait for approx 1.5 to 2 hours for registry updates.
6) Post finalization of papers, Around 1PM you will be asked to sign on registry papers.
7) Will be asked for payment of 500 rupees for chalaan token
8) finally you will get a slip of registry and can go home….
Note- If you are planning to take your car. Reach the office before 9 AM, else there is too much problem for car parking
